We welcome Hannah for Week 3 as our Photographer for June. Hannah Rachel Potter is a natural light photographer.

‘This week, I thought I would share with you a little of where I live.

I’m based in Sussex, England. On the south coast, Sussex has the best of everything – beaches, countryside, villages and market towns.

Here are some of the places that I love to photograph in my local area’.

Ed Note: Here is the complete text this article title was taken from; it surely fits these images.

This royal throne of kings, this scepter’d isle,
This earth of majesty, this seat of Mars,
This other Eden, demi-paradise,
This fortress built by Nature for herself
Against infection and the hand of war,
This happy breed of men, this little world,
This precious stone set in the silver sea,
Which serves it in the office of a wall,
Or as a moat defensive to a house,
Against the envy of less happier lands,
This blessed plot, this earth, this realm, this England,
This nurse, this teeming womb of royal kings,
Fear’d by their breed and famous by their earth

( From a speech delivered by John of Gaunt in Act Two, Scene One of  Shakespeare’s Richard II
