Men’s Week starts today. During November we support and encourage you to support the men that are fundraising through Movember. Australia UK Canada  Today we have Mark’s 1st hand account of recent Hurricane Sandy. Mark is a resident of Staten Island. Years ago the Boy Scout motto, BE PREPARED  was held up as something to admire, and an attitude to embrace.  In the ’50s and ’60s people built nuclear shelters in their backyards.  This would seem extreme. And maybe, in hindsight it was. However, given the world we live in now, with disasters, man-made and natural abounding,  it seems that some preparation is a good idea.
